Bob Marley-A Tribute to Freedom
Bob Marley-A Tribute to Freedom serves Jamaican and Caribbean dishes like jerk chicken and jerk wings, beef patties, stews of oxtail or curried goat, crispy whole snapper escovitch and Rasta Pasta, with sides such as festival, bammy, plantains and coco bread. Rum cocktails, frozen drinks, island sodas and Jamaican beers fill out the drinks list. The building recreates Bob Marley's home at 56 Hope Road in Kingston, Jamaica, which was developed together with Rita Marley and the Bob Marley Foundation, and the rooms are full of photos, video and artifacts from his career, with live music in the open-air courtyard. Pat O'Brien's dueling pianos, CityWalk's Rising Star and Red Coconut Club are all close by.
