The Blue Dragon Pan-Asian Restaurant

For a sit-down meal, The Blue Dragon covers a wide sweep of Asian cooking, from dim sum and small plates to ramen, noodles and big plates like Crispy Orange Chicken, Chicken Khao Soi and Kai-Ming's Mapo Tofu. The setting is a lantern-lit night market where it always feels like evening, with neon dragons racing along the walls, and its backstory has a Chengdu chef following Draco, the dragon constellation, all the way here. It sits in Celestial Park, near Stardust Racers, Constellation Carousel and Astronomica.
