Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville is a full-service Key West and Caribbean-style restaurant and bar with Volcano Nachos, Lava Lava Shrimp, the Cheeseburger in Paradise and other burgers, a seafood boil, jambalaya, fish tacos and key lime pie. The margarita list is long, with flights, mocktails, beer and frozen boat drinks. It's a relaxed tribute to Buffett's island life, with live musicians on the indoor Main Stage, a guitarist out on the Porch of Indecision, and Buffett's own seaplane, the Hemisphere Dancer, sheltering the Lone Palm Airport bar next door. Antojitos and Universal's Great Movie Escape are close by, and the Universal Islands of Adventure entrance is a short walk.
