Butterbeer ice cream is the star at Florean Fortescue's Ice-Cream Parlour, alongside soft serve, hard-packed scoops served in waffle cones, and a few sundaes. The pastel, old-fashioned parlour appears in the Harry Potter books (Harry does homework here in Prisoner of Azkaban), and a glowing cone tops the roof. Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts, Ollivanders and The Tales of Beedle the Bard and Celestina Warbeck and the Banshees on the Carkitt Market stage are all in Diagon Alley, and the Knight Bus waits at the London waterfront entrance.
