Atlantic is Celestial Park's sit-down seafood and steak house, with a raw bar of oysters and shrimp cocktail, mains like seared scallops, sea bass and filet mignon, a kids' menu and a long list of cocktails and wine. Inside, the dining room feels like a Victorian aquarium hall walled in glass, with glowing fish mobiles hanging overhead and big windows looking out on the park. Park lore credits a seafaring adventurer named Fernando del Mar, and his name turns up on the menu in Captain Fernando's Half-Pound Lobster Roll. You're in the central hub here, so Stardust Racers, Constellation Carousel and the Astronomica splash area are all close by.
