Fat One's Hot Dogs & Italian Ice serves loaded 100% beef hot dogs, plus one vegan dog, such as The Fat One footlong, The Brazilian, Dirty K-Pop Dog, Johnny's Pizza and The Cubano, alone or as platters. Loaded Pop Fries, Italian ice, canned cocktails and draft beers under the shop's own label fill out the menu. Joey Fatone of *NSYNC is behind it, and it's modeled on the Brooklyn street stands, selling hot dogs and Italian ice, that he grew up around. It's across from Antojitos, near Universal's Great Movie Escape, CityWalk's Rising Star and Pat O'Brien's.
